Service stage and responsibilities
Collect the buyer’s part drawing, mold dimensions, neck finish, intended output with test conditions, three-phase supply, compressed air demand, cooling water, footprint and upstream or downstream interfaces. Quantity, destination and the delivery window belong in the same packet so manufacturers do not invent different commercial calendars.
Each factory should return clamping force in kN, stroke and platen dimensions in mm, extrusion throughput in kg/h with the stated resin, and a written reason for continuous or accumulator extrusion. They should also mark whether trimming equipment and resin-recovery assumptions sit inside the machine price.
If a bidder quotes a base machine only, record installation, training, spare parts, software licenses and leak-test fixtures as open items. Those deviations stay visible until the buyer accepts them or moves them into the purchase boundary. We do not hide gaps to force a single winner.
